The buyer must ensure that he/she is 107% decided when placing and submitting the order.

Cancellation of order can be accepted if the reason is valid, however the buyer must pay the CANCELLATION FEE (50% of the total order).

If the buyer cancels the order without a valid reason, he/she will be tagged as a BOGUS BUYER/JOY RESERVER.

The buyer must provide complete & correct information and shipping details in the ORDER FORM to avoid any problems in the transaction.

If the buyer is a minor, PARENT’S CONSENT is a must. A copy of authorization letter from the parent/s with signature and ID shall be given to us to proceed with the order.

The buyer must pay atleast 50% downpayment after 5 days of order confirmation and 50% on or before the given deadline.

For late payment, a penalty of P10.00/day will be implemented. After the 7th day, the order will automatically be cancelled and the buyer will be liable to pay for the cancellation fee.

Chimmy Charmed will not be liable for any delays, loss, damages or dents on the items caused by the local couriers. Rest assured that the order/s will be packed securely. We will send a clear photo of the order before shipping the item.

Local shipping fees (LSF) are subject to change depending on the actual weight and size of the items without prior notice.

Combine shipping is allowed. We can keep the items maximum of 30 days provided that the orders are fully paid.

The shipping dates will be scheduled depending on the number of orders to be shipped or every Saturday/Sunday.

Chimmy Charmed will only allow return and exchange if we sent you wrong item/s. Kindly send a clear video of unboxing as a proof within 24-hour time frame after the receipt of the item. NO UNBOXING VIDEO MEANS NO REFUND.
